It’s earrings time!. I can’t get enough of this new crochet thread I bought in Amazon!. They work up so well for earrings.Now let’s see how to crochet this cute earrings!
Materials Used:
Size8 Cotton Crochet Thread
1.25 mm Crochet Hook
Scissors
Earring Hooks
White glue and water for blocking
Crochet Terms (US Terminology):
ch: Chain
st(s): Stitch(es)
sp: Space
dctogether : Double together
dc2together: Double Crochet Two Together
Slst: Slip Stitch
dc: Double Crochet
dc2together: Double Crochet two together
dc3together: Double Crochet three together
Crochet Pattern:
Round1: Magic Ring ch3(considered as 1stdc)+ch1, (1dc, ch1)*11times around the magic ring. Tighten the magic ring. Slst on top of starting ch3. (12dc sts with in between ch1 space )
Tighten the magic ring and secure it with a knot!
Round2: ch3 on the same st, skip the ch1 sp dctogether on the next st, ch3,*dc2together on same st and on the next dc of the previous row, ch3*. Repeat *to* around. Slst on top of starting ch3,dctogether. (12dc2together with in between ch3 spaces)
Round3: *Slst on the next ch3 sp, ch3,dc3together, ch3,Slst on the same ch3 sp*, Repeat *to* around. Slst on top of starting Slst. Fasten off and Weave the ends!
Stiffen the earrings using one part water and 1 part glue mix up well. Dip your work in that solution and air dry it for a day!
