Crochet Pattern:

Round1: Magic Ring, 12 sc around the magic ring. Slst on top of starting sc(12 sts)

Round2: ch1, sc on same st, ch4, (1sc on the next st, ch4) around. Slst on top of starting sc(12sc with in between ch4 sp)
