Here is the Spring Coaster that I mentioned on my ‘Spring Floral Earring Post’
They both are made out of same pattern easy , quick and beautiful!
I used cotton yarn for working this coasters which gives them a nice thick base!
Materials Used:
Yarn: Sugar and Cream Cotton Yarn
Colors: Hot Green, Tea Rose, Soft Ecru
4mm Crochet Hook
Scissors
Handmade Wooden Tags
Sewing Needle
Crochet Terms(US Terminology):
mr: Magic Ring
ch: Chain
st(s): Stich(es)
slst: Slip Stitch
sc: Single Crochet
dc: Double Crochet
hdc: Half Double Crochet
dc3together: double crochet three together
dc2together: double crochet two together
Crochet Pattern:
With Color Soft Ecru:
Round 1: Magic Ring , ch2, dctogether(considered as 1st dc2together), ch1, *(dc2together, ch1)*. Repeat *to* 7 times. Slst on top of starting ch2, dctogether. (8dc2together with in between ch1 space). Slst on the next ch1 space.
Change Color to Tea Rose:
Round2: ch2,dc2together, ch1, dc3together on the ch1 space of round1, ch1, *(dc3together,ch1,dc3together) on the next ch1 sp, ch1)*. Repeat *to* 7 times. Slst on top of starting ch2, dctogether. (8(dc3together,ch1,dc3together) with in between ch1 space). Slst on the next ch1 space.
Change Color to Hot Green:
Round3: ch1(does not count as a st), 1sc on the same ch1 space, (1hdc,5dc,1hdc) on the next ch1 space, *(1sc on the next ch1 space, (1hdc,5dc,1hdc) on the next ch1 space)*. Repeat * to * 7 times. Slst on top of starting sc. Slst until next hdc.
Change Color to Soft Ecru:
Round4: ch1(does not count as a st), Slst on next 2sts, 1sc on top of hdc st, work 1sc on all the sts except the sc st of round3. Slst on top of starting sc. Fasten off and weave the ends.
