Spring is in the air…!. Soon it will be blooms and butterflies!. So I made Butterfly Earrings to celebrate it!
Super quick pattern for summer/spring!…
Materials Used:
Size8 Cotton Crochet Thread
1.25 mm Crochet Hook
Scissors
Earring Hooks
White glue and water for blocking
Crochet Terms (US Terminology)
mr: Magic Ring
ch: Chain
st(s): Stitch (es)
sc: Single Crochet
dc: Double Crochet
Slst: Slip Stitch
Crochet Pattern:
Round1: ch1(does not count as a stitch), 1sc,15dc around the magic ring. Slst on top of starting sc.(16sts)
Round2: Slst on the next st, ch2, 2dc on next 2sts, 1dc on the next st, ch2, Slst on next 2sts, ch2, 3dc on the next st, ch2, Slst on the next st, ch2, 3dc on the next st, ch2, slst on next 2 sts, ch2, 1dc on the next st, 2dc on next 2sts, ch2, Slst on the last st. Fasten off and weave the ends.
Block the earrings with 1 part white glue and 1 part water, dip your work in this solution and air dry it for a day!
Once your earrings are blocked, add earring hooks to your Earrings!
