Round1: Magic Ring , ch1(does not count as a stitch), 8sc around the magic ring. Slip stitch on top of starting sc(8sts)
Round2: ch1(does not count as a stitch), 3sc on the same st, 1sc on next st, Repeat(3sc on the next st, 1sc on next st) 3 more times. Slst on top of starting sc. (16 sts)
Round3: Slip Stitch on the next st. ch1(does not count as a stitch), 3sc on the same st, 1sc each on next 3 sts, Repeat(3sc on the next st, 1sc each on next 3 sts) 3 more times. Slst on top of starting sc. (24 sts)
