Back to my comfort project. This time it pink floral earrings!
Materials Used:
Size8 Cotton Crochet Thread
1.25 mm Crochet Hook
Scissors
Earring Hooks
White glue and water for blocking
Crochet Terminology (US Terminology):
mr: Magic Ring
ch: Chain
st(s): Stich(es)
ch2dctogether: Chain 2 and double crochet worked together
ch2dc3together: Chain 2 and three double crochet worked together
sc: single crochet
dc: double crochet
Slst: Slip Stitch
picot: ch3 and slst on starting st
Crochet Pattern:
Round1: Magic Ring (ch2,dctogether), ch2, *dc2together,ch2*. Repeat *to* 6 more times. Slst on top of starting (ch2,dctogether)[8 dc2together with inbetween ch2 sp]
Tighten the magic ring and secure it with a knot!
Round2: slst to the next ch2 sp. (ch2,dc3together),ch5, *dc4together, ch5* . repeat *to* 6 more times. Slst on top of starting (ch2,dc3together)[8dc4together with inbetween ch5 sp]
Round3: slst to next ch5 sp. ch1(does not count as a stitch), (3sc,picot,3sc) on each ch5 spaces around. slst on top of starting sc. Fasten off and weave the ends.
Stiffen the earrings using one part water and 1 part glue mix up well. Dip your work in that solution and air dry it for a day!
