I hope you remember the ‘Bunny Baskets’ that I made few days ago!
Now it’s time for ‘Bunny Bags’ cute bunny like treat bags for your Easter treats and goodies!

4 mm Crochet Hook from Furls

hdc: Half Double Crochet

Crochet Pattern:
Round1: Magic Ring, ch1(does not count as a stitch), 12hdc around the magic ring. Slst on top of 1st hdc (12hdc sts)
Round2: ch1(does not count as a stitch), 2hdc on each st around. Slst on top of 1st hdc (24hdc sts)
Round3: ch1(does not count as a stitch), 1hdc on one st, 2hdc on next st around. Slst on top of 1st hdc (36hdc sts)
Round4: ch1(does not count as a stitch), 1hdc on the back loop of each st around. Slst on top of 1st hdc (36blo hdc sts)
Round5-14: ch1(does not count as a stitch), 1hdc on each st around. Slst on top of 1st hdc (36hdc sts)
Round15: ch1(does not count as a stitch), 1sc on same st, *ch1 skip 1 stitch 1sc on the next st*. Repeat *to* around. Slst on top of 1st sc (16sc sts)
We work the Round16 which is our last round and the bunny ears at the same time!

Working on the ears!
Ear1:
Row1: Ch1(does not count as a st), 1hdc on the same st and 1hdc each on next 4sts(5hdc sts)
Row2: ch2(considered as 1st hdc) ,turn. 1hdc on same st, 1hdc each and next 3sts, 2hdc on the last st(7hdc sts)
Row3: ch2(considered as 1st hdc) ,turn. 1hdc on same st, 1hdc each and next 5sts, 2hdc on the last st(9hdc sts)
Row4: ch2(considered as 1st hdc) ,turn. 1hdc on same st, 1hdc each and next 7sts, 2hdc on the last st(11hdc sts)
Row5: ch2(considered as 1st hdc) ,turn. 1hdc on same st, 1hdc each stitch till the end.(11hdc sts)
Row6: turn, ch1,hdctogether(considered as 1st hdc2together), 1hdc each on next 7sts, hdc2together in last 2sts.(9sts)
Row7: turn, ch1,hdctogether(considered as 1st hdc2together), 1hdc each on next 5sts, hdc2together in last 2sts.(7sts)
Row8: turn, ch1,hdctogether(considered as 1st hdc2together), 1hdc each on next 3sts, hdc2together in last 2sts.(5sts)
Row9: turn, ch1, hdc4together (1st)
Now work slst on the left side until we reach top of Row1, where we have worked 5hdc sts
Work 1hdc on each st around for next 22sts on top of Round16. Now let’s work Ear2!
Ear2:
Row1: 1hdc each on next 5sts (5hdc sts)
Row2: ch2(considered as 1st hdc) ,turn. 1hdc on same st, 1hdc each and next 3sts, 2hdc on the last st(7hdc sts)
Row3: ch2(considered as 1st hdc) ,turn. 1hdc on same st, 1hdc each and next 5sts, 2hdc on the last st(9hdc sts)
Row4: ch2(considered as 1st hdc) ,turn. 1hdc on same st, 1hdc each and next 7sts, 2hdc on the last st(11hdc sts)
Row5: ch2(considered as 1st hdc) ,turn. 1hdc on same st, 1hdc each stitch till the end.(11hdc sts)
Row6: turn, ch1,hdctogether(considered as 1st hdc2together), 1hdc each on next 7sts, hdc2together in last 2sts.(9sts)
Row7: turn, ch1,hdctogether(considered as 1st hdc2together), 1hdc each on next 5sts, hdc2together in last 2sts.(7sts)
Row8: turn, ch1,hdctogether(considered as 1st hdc2together), 1hdc each on next 3sts, hdc2together in last 2sts.(5sts)
Row9: turn, ch1, hdc4together (1st)
Now work slst on the left side until we reach top of Row1, where we have worked 5hdc sts,
Work 1hdc on each st for next 4sts on top of Round16. Slst on top of starting hdc(1st hdc of Row1 of Ear1)
Fasten off and weave the ends!
Now weave a statin ribbon back and forth on the ch1 spaces that’s left on Round15. Make sure you choose the center 2 chain1 spaces from both the ears to weave the ribbon around .
You can use this ribbon as a drawstring to close the back and seal it like a ribbon!
