These Jack Skelllington keyrings are so cute!. I got them approved from my teen daughter which means it’s definitely cute!😜. If you are a crafter or seller, these are your go to project for your Halloween or Fall Market. Maybe if you want a quick gift for Halloween, these keyrings can be done in no time. It only requires couple of things and basic amigurumi skills to master this project!.
Now on to the project!. I made three of them with different eye details and one of them with a mickey ears(those are my favorite). You’ll need felt and hot glue gun to attach these details on to the amigurumi.
Materials Needed:
Worsted weight yarn in White and Black.
Crochet or Embroidery Thread in Black
3.5mm Crochet Hook
Tapestry Needle
Sewing Needle
Black Felt
White Marker
Poly Fill
Keyrings
Scisorrs
Crochet Terms(US Terminology):
mr: Magic Ring
sc: Single Crochet
sc2together: Single Crochet Two Together
slst: Slip Stitch

Crochet Pattern:
Skellington’s Head:
Work with White Yarn and 3.5mm Crochet Hook
Round1: Magic Ring, 6sc on the Magic Ring(6sts)
Do not work slst on to the 1st sc of round1, we will be working in a spiral. Always mark your 1st sc with a stitch marker, so that we do not miss our starting stitch!
Round2: 2sc on each stitch around(Mark your 1st stitch with a stitch marker)(12sts)
Round3: *2sc in one stitch, 1sc on the next st *. Repeat * to * around.(18sts)
Round4: 1sc on each st around.(18sts)
Round5: *2sc in one st and 1sc in next 2 sts*. Repeat * to * around. (24sts)
Round6: 1sc on each st around.(24sts)
Round7: *2sc in one st and 1sc in next 3 sts*. Repeat * to * around. (30sts)
Round8-Round9: 1sc on each st around.(30sts)
Round10: *sc2together in 2sts and 1sc in next 3 sts*. Repeat * to * around. (24sts)
Round11-Round12: 1sc on each st around.(24sts)
Round13: *sc2together in 2sts and 1sc in next 2 sts*. Repeat * to * around. (18sts)
Round14: 1sc on each st around.(18sts)
Round15: *sc2together in 2sts and 1sc in next st*. Repeat * to * around. (12sts)
Now stuff the polyfill.
Round16: sc2together in 2sts around. (6sts). Slst, Fasten Off and sew the small opening using a Tapestry Needle!
Now trace the eye and nose in the black felt using a white gel pen marker!. I just free handed the eye and nose. Cut them and the use a Hot glue gun to attach them to our Skellington’s head.
Attach Crochet Thread or Embroidery Thread to your sewing needle and sew the mouth as shown!
