Materials Needed:
Size4 Yarn in Colors Red, Dark Brown, Pale pink, White and Green
Floral Wire
2.5 mm Crochet Hook for working the Heart
3.5 mm Crochet Hook for rest of the items

Scissors
Glue Gun
Polyfil
Floral Wire

Round2: 2sc on each st around (16sts)
Round3: 1sc on one st and 2sc on the next st around(24sts)
Round4: 1sc each on 2sts and 2sc on the next st around(32sts)
Round5: 1sc on the FLO of each st around(32sts)
Round6: 1sc on each st around(32sts)
Round7: 1sc each on 3sts and 2sc on the next st around(40sts)
Round8-12: 1sc on each st around(40sts)
Round13: 1sc each on 3sts and sc2together on the next 2sts around(32sts)
Round14: 1sc on each st around(32sts)
Round15: work only on FLO. *slst, skip 1st, 5dc, skip 1st*. Repeat *to* around. Slst.FO and weave the ends.
Dirt:
Round1: Magic Ring 8sc around the magic ring(8sts)
Round2: 2sc on each st around (16sts)
Round3: 1sc on one st and 2sc on the next st around(24sts)
Round4: 1sc each on 2sts and 2sc on the next st around(32sts)
Now stuff the flower pot with polyfil and some pebbles for weight.
Now work slip stitches holding the dirt and flower pot, with the BLO of each st of the dirt with the FLO of the last round of the flower pot.
Petals:(Make6)
Round1: Ch14, 1sc on 2nd ch from the hook, 1hdc, 9dc,1hdc,3sc on last ch, turn, 1hdc,9dc, 1hdc,2sc on last ch(28sts)
Round2: 1sc on each 28sts, ch3 , sk, 1slst on 2ch.Slst FO
Leaf:(Make1)
Ch11, 1sc on 2nd ch from the hook, 1hdc in 8ch ,3sc on last ch, turn, 1hdc,8hdc, 2sc on last ch, slst (23sts)
Heart:
Part1:
Round1: Magic Ring 6sc around the magic ring(6sts)
Round2: 2sc on each st around (12sts)
Round3-4: 1sc on each st around (12sts). Fasten off.
Part2:
Round1: Magic Ring 6sc around the magic ring(6sts)
Round2: 2sc on each st around (12sts)
Round3-4: 1sc on each st around (12sts). Do not fasten off.
Attach Part1 to Part2 Round5-6: 1sc on each st around(24sts)
Round7: 1sc each on 4sts and sc2together on the next 2sts around(20sts)
Round8: 1sc each on 3sts and sc2together on the next 2sts around(16sts)
Keep stuffing polyfil as you go!
Round9: 1sc each on 2sts and sc2together on the next 2sts around(12sts)
Round10: 1sc each on 1st and sc2together on the next 2sts around(8sts)
Round11: sc2together in every 2sts around(4sts). Slst to close the gap.
Now attach one end of the floral wire to the tip of the heart using a Glue Gun.
Again attach the petals surrounding the heart using the glue gun.
Now wrap the green yarn around the base of the flower and stem(floral wire)
Attach the other end of the floral wire(stem) to the flower pot!
Attach the leaf to the stem(using glue gun)
