It’s almost Halloween and I started working on seasonal projects!. This super simple and quick project , ‘The Boo Bags’ are perfect for holding Halloween treats or Candies!. It can also be used as a gift card bag.
Yes!… this is another super quick project and it’s super simple to make!

Materials Used:
For Frankenstein Bag:
Yarn: Red Heart Super Saver
Colors: Frosty Green , Black
Yarn: Big Twist Value
Color: Purple
For Jack-O-Lantern Bag:
Yarn: Big Twist Value
Color: Burnt Orange
For Ghost Bag:
Yarn: Big Twist Value
Color: White
6mm Crochet Hook
Scissors
Wooden Beads
Black and White Felts
Fabric Markers
Hot Glue Gun
Crochet Terms(US Terminology):
ch: Chain

Pattern for Frankenstein Bag:
Using Purple Yarn:
Round1: ch23, 3sc on 2nd ch from the hook, *skip 2ch, 3sc on the next ch*, repeat *to* until 3chains are left. Skip 2ch and work 3sc on the last ch. (working on the opposite side) *skip 2ch, 3sc on the next ch(on the same ch where 3sc on the opposite side is worked) *. Repeat * to * another 5 more times. Slst on the 2nd sc of the starting 3sc cluster.
Round2: ch1(does not count as a stitch), 3sc on the same st, *3sc on the 2nd sc of the next 3sc cluster *. Repeat *to* around. Slst on the 2nd sc of the starting 3sc cluster.
Change the Yarn Color to Green:
Round3-Round15: Repeat Round 2.
Change the Yarn Color to Black :
Round16-Round17: Repeat Round 2.
Round18: ch3(considered as 1st dc), ch2, *1dc on the 2nd sc of the next 3sc cluster, ch2*. Repeat *to* around. Slst on top of starting ch3
Round19: ch1(does not count as a stitch), 3sc on the same st, *3sc on the next dc *. Repeat *to* around. Slst on the 2nd sc of the starting 3sc cluster. Fasten off. Weave the ends!
Drawstring: Work 45 chains and weave ends and attach wooden beads on both the ends!

I used the ghost, jack-o-lantern and Frankenstein templates. I used felt for the eyes and mouth that are traced from the templates.
Then use a glue gun to glue them on to your respective Boo Bags!
