How cute are these no sew crabs?. Can you believe they are made under 20 minutes?. If you want to make a bunch of them, you can do so very quickly!.
Materials Needed:
Yarn: Parfait Chunky
5mm Crochet Hook
Scissors
Stitch Markers
Hot Glue Gun
Polyfill
Safety Eyes
Crochet Terms(US Terminology):
mr: Magic Ring
st(s): Stich(es)
ch: Chain
sc: Single Crochet
sc2together: Single Crochet Two Together
slst: Slip Stitch
Crochet Terms(US Terminology):
Round1: Magic Ring, 6sc around the magic ring(6sts)
Round2: 2sc on each st around(12sts)
Round3: 1sc in one st and 2sc on the next st around (18sts)
Round4:1sc on the 1st st, ch5, 1slst on the 2nd ch from the hook and 1slst on the next st, ch3 1slst on the 2nd ch from the hook and 1slst on the next st, 1slst in last 2 ch. 1sc on next 4 sts, ch5, 1slst on the 2nd ch from the hook and 1slst on the next st, ch3 1slst on the 2nd ch from the hook and 1slst on the next st, 1slst in last 2 ch. *1sc on the next 2sts, ch4, 1slst on the 2nd ch from the hook and 1slst on the next 2sts*. Repeat *to*. 1sc in next 4sts. Repeat *to* twice.1sc on the last st.
Round5: 1sc on each st around (do not count the legs as stitches). (18sts)
Round6: 1sc on each st around (18sts)
Round7: 1sc on one st, sc2together in next 2sts around (12sts)
Attach the safety eyes on top of the legs with claws.
Stuff with polyfil!
Round8: sc2together in every 2 sts around (6sts)
Slst in every 2st to close the gap.
