How cute are these mini amigurumi fruits?. They are great for keychains for bagtags or accessory!. Very quick and easy. They are also great for classroom gifts or return gifts!
Let’s see how to crochet these mini fruits!
Materials Used:
Size4 acrylic yarn in colors Red, Orange, Yellow, Green and Brown
2.5mm Crochet Hook
Stitch Marker
Polyfil
Tapestry Needle
Scissors
Crochet Terms(US Terminology):
mr: Magic Ring
ch: Chain
st(s): Stitch(es)
sc: Single Crochet
hdc: Half Double Crochet
dc: Double Crochet
slst: Slip Stitch
sc2together: Single Crochet Two Together
We will work in spiral so we will need a Stitch marker to identify the first stitch of each round!.
Crochet Pattern for Apple:
Fruit:
With Color Red:
Round1: Magic Ring, 6sc around the magic ring(6sts)
Round2: 2sc on each st around(12sts)
Round3: 1sc in one st, 2sc in the next st around(18sts)
Round4-7: 1sc on each st around(18sts)
Round8: 1sc in one st, sc2together in next 2 sts around(12sts)
Stuff the Apple with polyfil.
Round9: sc2together around(6sts). Fasten off leaving a long tail.
Now sew the small opening!. Insert the needle from the top end from the center to the bottom. Make few stitches going through up and down of the apple to make a little dent that looks like apple.
Stalk:
With Color Brown:
Chain4, slst on the 2nd ch from the hook and next 2 ch. Fasten off and weave the ends
Leaf:
With Color Green:
Chain6, slst on the 2nd ch, 1hdc on the 3rd ch, 1dc on the 4th ch, 1hdc on the 5th ch, slst on the last ch. Fasten off and weave the ends
Sew the Leaf to the Stalk and then sew the stalk and leaf to the apple.
Fasten off and tuck in the odd ends inside the amigurumi with the blunt tip of and metal crochet hook!

Crochet Pattern for Orange:
With Color Orange:
Round1: Magic Ring, 6sc around the magic ring(6sts)
Round2: 2sc on each st around(12sts)
Round3: 1sc in one st, 2sc in the next st around(18sts)
Round4-7: 1sc on each st around(18sts)
Round8: 1sc in one st, sc2together in next 2 sts around(12sts)
Stuff the Orange with polyfil.
Round9: sc2together around(6sts). Fasten off leaving a long tail.
Now sew the small opening!
Stalk:
With Color Green:
Chain4, slst on the 2nd ch from the hook and next 2 ch. Fasten off and weave the ends
Leaf:
With Color Green:
Chain6, slst on the 2nd ch, 1hdc on the 3rd ch, 1dc on the 4th ch, 1hdc on the 5th ch, slst on the last ch. Fasten off and weave the ends
Sew the Leaf to the Stalk and then sew the stalk and leaf to the orange.
Fasten off and tuck in the odd ends inside the amigurumi with the blunt tip of and metal crochet hook!

With Color Yellow:
Round1: Magic Ring, 4sc around the magic ring(4sts)
Round2: 2sc on each st around(8sts)
Round3: 1sc in one st, 2sc in the next st around(12sts)
Round4: 1sc in two sts, 2sc in the next st around(16sts)
Round5-8: 1sc on each st around(16sts)
Round9: 1sc in two st, sc2together in next 2 sts around(12sts)
Stuff the Orange with polyfil.
Round10: 1sc in one st, sc2together in next 2 sts around(8sts)
Round11: sc2together around(4sts). Fasten off leaving a long tail.
Now sew the small opening!
Leaf:
With Color Green:
Chain6, slst on the 2nd ch, 1hdc on the 3rd ch, 1dc on the 4th ch, 1hdc on the 5th ch, slst on the last ch. Chain5, slst on the 2nd ch, 1hdc on the 3rd ch, 1dc on the 4th ch, 1hdc on the 5th ch, slst on the slst of the 1st leaf. ch Fasten off and weave the ends
Sew the Leaf to the lemon.
Fasten off and tuck in the odd ends inside the amigurumi with the blunt tip of and metal crochet hook!
