This is another cute addition to my Bubble Wrap Collection!. The Bubble Wrap Christmas Baubles, a wonderful Christmas Tree Ornament!.
Such a simple pattern made with Pebble Stitch!.
Materials Used:
Yarn: Hobby Lobby I Love this Yarn
Colors: Red & White
4mm Crochet Hook
Clear Plastic Baubles
Scissors
Stitch Markers
We will be working on a stitch called as a Pebble Stitch which is a regular Puff Stitch except that it is worked on the Wrong Side(WS)
Pebble Stitch: * yo, insert the hook in the stitch and pull up loop, * repeat from * to * twice, yo pull through all the 7 loops.
In this pattern we will work with two colors of yarn.

Crochet Pattern:
With Color Red:
Round1: Magic Ring, ch1(doesn’t count as a st), 10hdc around the magic ring!. Slst on top of starting hdc(10hdc sts)
Round2: ch2(considered as 1st hdc), 1hdc on the same st, 2hdc on each st around. Slst on top of starting ch2 (20hdc sts)
Round3: ch2 (considered as 1st hdc), 2hdc on the next st, *1hdc in one st and 2hdc on the next st*. Repeat *to* around!. Slst on top of starting ch2.(30hdc sts)
Round4: ch2(considered as 1st hdc), 1hdc on each st around. Slst on top of starting ch2(30hdc sts)
Pebble Stitch: * yo, insert the hook in the stitch and pull up loop, * repeat from * to * twice, yo pull through all the 7 loops.
It’s a regular puff stitch except that it’s worked in the wrong side like a bobble stitch.
Pebble Stitch Row is always worked in the Wrong Side
Change Yarn Color to White:
Round5:(worked in WS) ch1(does not count as st) turn, 1sc on the same st, 1PS on the next st, *1sc on the next st, 1PS on the next st *. Repeat *to* around. Slst on top of starting sc(15sc sts and 15PS)
Change Yarn Color to Red:
Round6:(worked in RS) ch1(does not count as st) turn, *1sc on top is sc of previous round, 1sc on top of PS of previous round *. Repeat *to* around. Slst on top of starting hdc.(30sc sts)
Change Yarn Color to White:
Round7: Repeat Round5
Change Yarn Color to Red:
Round8: Repeat Round6
Change Yarn Color to White:
Round9: Repeat Round5
Change Yarn Color to Red:
Round10:(worked in RS) ch1(does not count as st) turn, *1hdc on top is sc of previous round, 1hdc on top of PS of previous round *. Repeat *to* around. Slst on top of starting hdc.(30hdc sts)
Now place the plastic bauble inside and work the next round!
Round11: ch2(considered as 1st hdc), hdc2together in next 2sts. *1hdc in next st and hdc2together in next 2sts*. Repeat *to* around. Slst on top of starting ch2.(20hdc sts)
Round12: ch1,hdctogether, hdc2together around. Slst on top of starting ch1, hdctogether. Slst, fasten off and weave the ends (10hdc sts)
