The Yarn we work with is a size3 lightweight yarn. The scarf measures about 63 inches in length and 18 inches in height. You are welcome to use any size yarn for this project but the drape and size may vary!
For this scarf we work multiples of 8 chains + 4 chain. So if you want to work or vary the length of this scarf you can work your base row with appropriate multiple of 8 chain + 4 chains.
We do not continously work this scarf!. We work each Zig Zag rows seperately, you can see how we will be doing this in the Pattern!
Row1: Work 288+4 chains(292 ch) , work 1dc on the 5th ch from the hook, work 1dc on the next 3ch, sk 3ch, 1slst on the next ch, * ch3, 1dc each on next 4 ch, sk 3ch, slst on the next ch*. Repeat *to* till the end. Fasten off weave the ends !(36 Zig Zag sts)
Place the Row1 with right side facing top and the foundation ch row facing downwords!. We attach Row2 to Row1 from left to right!
