I had a request to use this vivid colors of OGO Yarn for making a toddler scarf !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obviously we will have to deconstruct the yarn to use all the colors for the tiny person!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before Starting off with the project we will have to deconstruct the yarn and separate the colors as shown!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am planning to consume all the colors in this OGO yarn for my toddler scarf and headband, so the above step is essential!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Materials Used<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yarn: Caron Colorama OGO Yarn<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Color: Lippy <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7mm, 6mm and 4.5mm Crochet Hook<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scissors <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use 6mm Crochet Hook for working your Headband <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Color1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Row1: Ch8, 1sc on the 2nd ch from the hook and 1sc on each ch till the end (7sc sts)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Row2: ch1 turn, 1blosc on same st and 1blosc on each st till the end(7blosc sts)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Row3-Row38: Repeat Row2<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hold both ends together, ch1 and work slst across on the blo of each st of one end to the corresponding stitch of the starting row!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work slst across. Fasten off and weave the ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working on the Spiral Roses:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use 4.5mm Crochet Hook for working your Spiral Roses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Colors 2,3&4:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work ch22, 1sc and 1hdc on the 2ch from the hook, 2hdc on the 3rd ch from the hook, 2dc on each ch till the end.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slst and leave a long end for sewing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working on the Leaf(Make2)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use 4.5mm Crochet Hook for working your Leaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Color5:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ch10, 1slst on 2nd ch from the hook,1sc on the 3rd ch, 1hdc on the 4th ch, 1dc on the 5th ch, 1tr on the 6th ch, 1dc on the 7th ch, 1hdc on the 8th ch, 1sc on the 9th ch, 1slst on the 10th ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now we will work on the opposite side on the back bump i.e 3rd loop of each st on the opposite side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working on the 3rd loop, 1slst on 10th ch, 1sc on the 9th ch, 1hdc on the 8th ch, 1dc on the 7th ch, 1tr on the 6th ch, 1dc on the 5th ch, 1hdc on the 4th ch, 1sc on the 3rd ch, 1slst on the 2nd ch. Slst , fasten off and weave the ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now 1 leaf each to 2 of the flowers and the sew all the spiral roses on to the head band as shown!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
