(32dc sts)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Row2: ch3, *ch1 skip 1st and 1dc on the next st*. Repeat *to* around after 1dc on the last st, ch1 and slst on top of starting ch3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Row3: ch3, ch1, *1dc on top on next dc, ch1*. Repeat *to* till the end , Slst on top of starting ch3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Row4-Row9: Repeat Row3.After Row9, Fasten off and weave the ends!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Straps(Make2): leave a small tail and work 35 chains. Slst and fasten off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weave the 2 straps like a drawstring on both sides in the 9th row!. ( Check out the video tutorial to see how to do this).
