Here is another quick and fun project that you can work on your weekends!.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I worked these beauties using a thin weight chenille\/velvet yarn and they turned out super cute!. You can also work them with your regular size4 acrylic yarn as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Materials Needed:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yarn: Thin weight chenille yarn<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Colors: Green and Pink<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.5mm Crochet Hook<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scissors <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crochet Terms(US Terminology):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

mr: Magic Ring<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ch: Chain<\/p>\n\n\n\n

sc: Single Crochet<\/p>\n\n\n\n

dc: Double Crochet <\/p>\n\n\n\n

hdc: Hal\u2019s Double Crochet <\/p>\n\n\n\n

slst: Slip Stitch <\/p>\n\n\n\n

st(s): Stitch(es)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PS: Puff Stitch <\/p>\n\n\n\n

FO: Fasten Off<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Puff st:(PS) YO, insert the hook on the st, pull up a loop*, Repeat * to * 6times. YO pull through all the loop except the last loop. YO pull through last 2 loops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crochet Pattern:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flower<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round1: Magic Ring,6sc on the magic ring. Slst on top of starting sc(6sts)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round2: ch3(considered as 1st dc), ch1, and 1dc+ch1 on each st of round1. Slst on top of starting ch3(6dc with in between ch1 space). Slst on the next ch1 sp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Change color:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round3: ch3, *PS on the ch1 sp + ch1*, Repeat *to* on each ch1 sp. Slst on top of starting puff st. Slst on the next ch1 sp<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round4: ch1(does not count as a st), *sc,2hdc,dc,2hdc,sc* on the ch1 space*. Repeat *to* around. Slst on top of starting sc. FO and weave your ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

String<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leave about 7cm of yarn and work a slip knot and 60 chains. Slst. Leave about 7cm of yarn and FO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leaves:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ch14, Slst on the 2nd ch from the hook, on each ch work the following sts, 1sc, 1hdc,1dc,1hdc,1sc,slst,1sc,1hdc,1dc,1hdc,1sc,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2slst turn,work the following sts on the opposite side, 1sc,1hdc,1dc,1hdc,1sc,slst,1sc,1hdc,1dc,1hdc,1sc, slst,FO and weave the ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now attach each end of the string to the center of the flower. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now weave the string in to the leaves by folding the string equally with the flower in both side. Weave the string to the leaves with the yarn present in the leaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
